Holiday Gift Flight

Whilst we are hard at work behind the scenes to bring you a whole new VAC, The Executive Team has a very special gift for you this holiday season.

As a thank you for your commitment and understanding during this year, VAC is granting our members the ability to bid one round trip flight to any destination.

These flights must be a single round trip. The outbound leg must depart from either YUL, YYZ, YYC, YWG, YHZ or YVR. For your return leg, you must arrive at the same airport you departed from.

The aircraft is a selection of your choosing. The only restrictions are you must hold the required rank to fly the aircraft and the aircraft must be capable of flying the route. For example, a 320 will not be approved to YTZ and a DH4 will not be approved to MCO.

You must request your round trip by 2359Z on December 31, 2024 and your round trip must be completed by 2359Z on January 31, 2025. You will be using your event callsign for the flight numbers, (2XXX where XXX equals the last three digits of your employee number.)

This is a one-time offer and once submitted, you cannot change your request. Therefore, please choose your destination wisely. If you accidentally delete a flight, we will be unable to re-add it.
